Glider Tow/Payload Release Unit with servo

The Glider Tow Payload Release Unit is made of aluminium with a simple pull type release hook mechanism controlled by an R/C servo. It can carry loads of about 5-6Kg and can also be used for other tasks.

At the heart is a high torque, metal gear servo (MG995) and is controlled just like any other servo.
